College town
The University of Delaware, to which I was accepted, is located in a town called Newark, Delaware. As I recall, it took about an hour by limousine from the Philadelphia airport. More than 20 years have passed since then, and I have heard that a railway line now extends close to the town, making it much more convenient to reach. Still, I cannot imagine what the town is like today.

大学町
私のことを受け入れてくれたデラウェア大学は、デラウェア州のニューアークという町にあります。私の記憶では、フィラデルフィアの空港からリムジンバスで1時間くらいかかったと思います。あれからすでに20年以上経っており、鉄道が町の近くまで延長され、かなり交通の便がよくなったという話を以前聞いたことがありますが、いま町がどうなってしまっているのか、ちょっと想像もつきません。
