Night shift part-time work
Considering my income, I had hoped to work night shifts with additional allowances from the moment I interviewed for the part-time job. However, the head of the facility believed that I could not provide proper care without first understanding the users' daily conditions. As a result, for the first few months, I primarily worked day and early shifts, just like the full-time staff. As I gradually became accustomed to elderly care work, I was assigned more night shifts, and by May 2011, I was working exclusively as a night shift part-time employee.

夜勤パート
収入のことを考えて、多少手当てが付いた夜勤専従での勤務を、アルバイトの面接をした最初のときから希望していましたが、やはり利用者の日常の状態を知らなければ介護はできないということで、最初の何か月間は、常勤職員と同じように、日勤や早番などのシフトがメインで勤務していました。だんだんと介護の仕事に慣れてきたということで、夜勤でのシフトを増やしてもらいながら、平成23年の5月には完全に夜勤パートとして勤務していました。
