Obtaining certification as a certified care worker does not necessarily make the job any easier. However, when I say I am a certified care worker, others recognize that I have at least three years of experience in the field. I am sure the meaning of a certification differs for each person, but for me, it is like a certificate of practical experience in the field of elderly care, so to speak.

介護福祉士の資格を取得したからといって、仕事が楽になるわけでもなかったのですが、介護福祉士ですといえば、「ああ、この人は少なくとも3年以上介護職として勤務してきたのだな」ということがわかってもらえるものだろうと思います。資格のもつ意味は、人それぞれ異なるだろうとは思いますが、私にとっては、いわば、介護職としての実務経験証明書のようなものなのだろうと思います。 三代
