As I mentioned before, I have had experience with several care worker jobs, all of which I found through care worker job sites on the Internet. If you register with one of these sites, you will receive job listings by email almost every day. The care facility that caught my attention at the time offered a long-term care service known as "short-term admission for daily life long-term care," commonly referred to as "short stay." Of course, I was interested in gaining experience with various elderly care services through actual work, but what particularly attracted me at the time was the good pay for a single night shift. Nearly 25,000 yen was paid for a single night shift, which was probably the highest amount offered to a night shift part-timer at the time. It was an amount I had never seen before. However, there was a reason it was so high. I will explain this in detail below.
