Reason for resignation
I will jump straight to the reason I resigned from this job: to put it simply, I decided to quit after just three months. According to the contract, employees are required to give at least one month's notice before resigning, so to be honest, I think I had already wanted to quit much earlier—probably from the very beginning of the job. This might sound a bit weak, but to be honest, I would like to give myself some credit for lasting three months. I was truly relieved—from the bottom of my heart—that I made it through without any serious accidents involving the clients, at least while I was on duty. I honestly think it was nothing but luck that no accidents happened. I was constantly on edge during those three months.

辞めた理由
いきなりここで辞めた理由になるのですが、結論から言ってしまうと、私は３か月でこの事業所を辞めることにしました。契約上、従業員は辞める1か月以上前にその旨を事業所の方へ伝えなければならないので、本当のところをいえば、そのずっと前から、多分最初に勤務したときから辞めたかったのだろうと思います。ちょっと軟弱だと思われてしまうかもしれませんが、しかし私の正直な実感としては、よく3か月ももったなあと思っています。この3か月の間、少なくとも私が勤務していた時に、よく利用者の死亡事故が起きることなく、乗り切ることができたなあと心の底から安堵しました。事故が起こらなかったのはラッキー以外の何物でもなかったと思います。この3か月の間、ずっとヒヤヒヤものでした。
