Although I worked at this short-stay facility for only three months, it was, to be honest, extremely demanding. I believe I did well, as I managed to get through it without any life-threatening incidents involving the users. However, in all honesty, I think it was just a matter of luck. For those considering a future in the elderly care industry, choosing a job based solely on hourly wages or benefits may lead to regret. I believe it is wiser to consider various aspects of the job—not just the financial ones. Takahiro Miyo

このショートステイでは、3か月という短期間だけでしたが、正直とても過酷だったと思います。その間、なんの事故も起こすことなく切り抜けることができて、よくやったなあとさえ思っています。しかしこれは、ラッキー以外の何物でもないと思いました。今後、介護の仕事に就きたいと考えている人がいるならば、単純に時給がいいとか手当が充実しているといったことで仕事を選んでしまうと、後悔することもあるかもしれません。ただ金銭的なところばかりではなく、いろいろな側面をみて判断したほうがいいのではないかと思いました。 三代
