Clean the sink and replace the dish towels
· Place used dish towels in the bucket in the kitchen
Check the communication notebook and review residents’ vital signs

Check the medications on the floor during the night shift staff handover
Mop the floor after the early and night shift staff return
· Add two caps of disinfectant to an orange bucket of water (enough to cover the white part)
· Begin mopping from the kitchen
· Mop in the direction of the wood grain, including under sofas and tables
· Use alcohol disinfectant on particularly dirty areas
· Also mop the break room, stair landing, inside of the elevator, and laundry room
· Mop the resident’s room with a number that matches the last digit of the current date (put away floor cleaning tools, etc)
· Rinse the mop once, spin-dry it, and hang it outside unless it is raining

Begin lunch preparation
· Start by preparing the miso soup
· Boil water for blanching vegetables
· Prepare the rice during this time
· Avoid using too many pots, strainers, or bowls; wash and reuse them as needed
· Ask the residents to help decorate and serve the meal to each person
· Prepare enough miso soup for 9 residents plus the staff

Prepare for bathing
· Lightly rinse the bathtub
· Insert the stopper and activate automatic mode
· Place the silicone mat on the bottom of the tub
· Turn on the air conditioner and take out the bath basket
· Place a foot towel on the floor and a bath towel on the chair (use the upper side of the towel to wipe feet)
· Have the resident use the restroom before bathing
· Change towels in some residents’ rooms (each time)
General bathing procedure
· Have the resident remove their clothes
· Turn off the exhaust fan and run the shower in advance
· Warm the chair
· Have the resident wash and dry their hands, and cover their ears
· Lightly wash their hair and comb it back
· Wash their body (back, armpits, arms and chest, toes, and around the bottom)
· Have the resident hold onto the bars while getting into the bathtub (support their bottom)
· Rinse the towel used for washing their body while they are soaking (approximately 5 minutes)
· After the resident gets out, rinse them with the shower
· Dry the resident’s head and back with a bath towel, then place the towel over their shoulders
· To avoid tripping on the foot mat, hold it down with your foot
· Wipe the resident’s back thoroughly while they dry the front themselves
· Apply any prescribed medications etc
· Put away the medications
· Serve barley tea
· Record the daily log and vital signs
· Turn the foot mat over

Clean the bathroom
· Turn off the power button and unplug the bathtub
· Prepare alcohol disinfectant, chlorine disinfectant, and bath cleaner
· Place a trash can under a chair and put 4–5 sheets of paper on the chair
· Spray bath cleaner throughout the bathroom
· Start cleaning the less dirty upper areas of the bathroom with a sponge
· Thoroughly scrub around the water inlet
· Do not clean the back of the bathing chair
· Use a sponge to clean the doors, floor, sides, and lower parts of the walls
· Sponge the back of the non-slip mat, as well as the clothes container and net container
· Sponge the door rails, rinsing the underside first
· Start the washing machine
· Spray water over the bathroom, taking care not to splash hot water onto the ceiling
· Remove hair from the drain
· Fill the bucket with water up to the red tape, add four caps of chlorine disinfectant, and soak the drain kit, two combs, and a net
· Remove hair from the sponge
· Wipe your feet and apply alcohol disinfectant
· Spray alcohol disinfectant on areas you touch, and spray diluted chlorine disinfectant on the floor
· Spray alcohol disinfectant on your sandals
· Put the bath cleaner away and hang the sponge to dry
· Vacuum the dressing room (keep the door closed to reduce noise)
· Wipe the floor with a wet floor wiper, starting from the edges
· Clean the door grooves with the floor wiper
· Apply alcohol disinfectant to the mirror and sink
· Apply alcohol disinfectant to touch surfaces and chairs
· Dispose of garbage
· Record bathing details (in the daily log and vital signs record)
· Remove debris from the washing machine mesh and clean the detergent container with alcohol disinfectant
· Hang washed clothes in the bathroom. Hang expensive clothes in the dressing room (by 5:00 PM at the latest)
· Put towels in the dryer (high heat)
· Hang the clothes nets on a cloth rack
· Set the bathroom dryer for 8 hours

早番、夜勤者戻ったら、フロアのモップがけ
・オレンジのバケツの白い部分が隠れるくらいまでの水に殺菌剤２杯

・フローリングの目にそって、ソファーの下、テーブルの下も
・汚れがひどい時は、消毒液で
・休憩室、階段の踊り場まで、エレベーター内、洗濯室
・日にちの一桁の居室のモップがけ（フロア用掃除用具などの片付け）
・モップは１回濯いでから脱水し、雨の日以外は外に干しておく

昼食料理開始
・みそ汁は最初に作っておく
・湯通しのためのお湯を沸かしておく
・その間にお米を準備する
・鍋やざる、ボールはあまり出さずに、終わったら洗って次に使う
・利用者に盛りつけ、配膳等をしてもらう

・風呂を軽く流す

・利用者の一部の部屋のタオルを交換する（毎回）
一般入浴手順
・衣類を脱いでもらう
・換気扇を切り、あらかじめシャワーを流しておく
・イスをあっためておく
・手を洗って拭いてもらい、耳を押さえてもらう
・ざっと髪を洗い、くしで髪をかきあげておく
・体を洗っていく（背中〜脇〜腕や前を洗ってもらう〜足の指〜お尻周り）
・バーに捕まって浴槽に入ってもらう（お尻を押さえておく）
・浸かっている間に、洗ったタオルを濯いでおく（浸かっている時間は５分が目安）
・上がったら掛け湯をする
・バスタオルで頭と背中を拭いて肩にかける
・足拭きマットを踏んでつまずかないようにする
・前を拭いてもらっている間に背中をよく拭く
・薬等を塗布する
・薬をしまう
・麦茶を出す
・日誌、バイタルに記録
・足拭きマットを裏返す

浴室清掃
・運転ボタンを消し、お風呂の栓を抜く
・消毒液、殺菌剤希釈液、風呂用洗剤を準備
・イスの下にゴミ箱、イスの上に紙を４〜５枚準備
・風呂用洗剤を浴室全体に噴霧する
・きれいな浴室上側からスポンジで洗う
・浴槽のねじのところをしっかりと洗う
・イスの背もたれの部分は洗わない
・扉、床面、側面、壁の下側をスポンジで
・滑り止めの裏側、衣類入れ、ネット入れもスポンジで
・扉のレールの部分をスポンジで、先に下側を流す
・洗濯機をスタートさせる
・天井にお湯を掛けないように、水をかけていく
・排水溝の髪の毛をとっていく
・バケツの赤いテープの所まで水を入れ、殺菌剤４杯いれ、そこに排水溝セット、くし２つ、ネットを入れておく
・スポンジの毛をとっておく
・自分の足を拭き、消毒液
・手をつくところに消毒液、床面に殺菌剤希釈液
・サンダルに消毒液
・風呂用洗剤を戻し、スポンジを干しておく
・脱衣場に掃除機を掛ける（うるさいのでドアを閉めておく）
・はじから、ウェットタイプのフロア用掃除用具をかける
・扉の溝にフロア用掃除用具をかける
・鏡と洗面台に消毒液
・手を触るところとイスに消毒液
・ゴミの処理
・入浴の記録（日誌とバイタル）
・洗濯機の中の網のゴミをとり、洗剤入れの容器を消毒液できれいに
・洗濯済みの衣類を浴室に干す。高級衣類は脱衣場に（遅くとも5時までに）
・タオル類は乾燥機（強で）に入れる
・衣類入れネットはぞうきん掛けに
・浴室を、乾燥８時間に設定
