Although it was only for a short period of three months, I worked as a care manager at a certain workplace. During that time, another staff member, a nurse at the facility, asked me if I knew of any good ways to help her pass the exam, since she had taken it several times but had not yet succeeded. In this staff member's case, she was a regular full-time employee with both a family and a demanding job, so I imagine it must have been quite difficult for her to set aside time each day for studying. Therefore, it is important to prepare for the care manager exam in an efficient and practical way. 3か月というわずかな期間だったのですが、実際にケアマネとしてある職場で働いていたときに、施設でナースとして勤務していた他の職員から、何度か試験を受けたけれどもなかなか合格できず、何か良い方法はないかと尋ねられたことがありました。この職員の場合、正規の常勤職員だったこともあり、家庭もあって仕事も忙しいため、毎日ある程度のまとまった時間を勉強のために割くことはなかなか難しいことだったのだろうと思います。なので、ある程度要領よくケアマネ試験の対策をする必要があるのですが、一応参考のために、私が実際にケアマネ試験の準備およびその後の学習のために使った問題集や参考書を、以下に掲げておきたいと思います。もちろん私が当時使っていた書籍なので、必要であれば、最新版をお求めいただければと思います。
