It will soon be five years since I took the 20th Practical Training Course for Care Managers. I am required to take the renewal training within this fiscal year, but I would like to wait a little longer to see what will happen to the long-term care insurance system in Japan. Therefore, I am considering postponing the renewal this fiscal year. In the meantime, I would like to continue my research into the evolutionary genetics of elderly care as much as possible. 第20回介護支援専門員実務研修を受講してから、もうすぐ5年になります。今年度中に更新研修を受講しなければならないのですが、もう少し日本の介護保険制度の行く末を見定めたいと思う気持ちがあるので、今年度中の更新は、パスしようかと考えています。その間、高齢者介護の進化遺伝学的な研究をできるだけ進めていきたいと思います。 三代
