Part-time care manager position

After completing the practical training course for care managers in late March 2018 (Heisei 30) and receiving my certificate of completion, I decided to look for a part-time care manager position, working about three days a week, even though it was before I was officially registered as a care manager. I had already applied to register as a care manager, and all that was left was to wait for my care manager certificate to arrive, which was expected in mid-April. In the meantime, I began searching for suitable care facilities on online job sites. Fortunately, a small-scale multi-functional long-term care facility was looking for a care manager, so I applied and was scheduled for an interview in late March. I am not sure how much I clearly remember from that time, but according to the email records I still have, I was likely hired right after the interview, and I signed an employment contract in early April. My care manager certificate was expected to arrive in mid-April, and I received it as scheduled, so I decided to wait until then to begin working officially as a care manager.

パート・ケアマネ職

　2018（平成30）年3月下旬に介護支援専門員の実務研修を修了して、実際に修了証明書を受け取ると、まだ介護支援専門員として登録が済んでいないうちから、週3日程度のパートのケアマネの職を探すことにしました。介護支援専門員の登録の申請は済んでおり、あとは介護支援専門員証が届くのを待つばかりだったので、4月半ばに届くということで、インターネットの介護求人サイトで良さそうな事業所を探していました。幸い、ある小規模多機能型居宅介護事業所でケアマネが募集されていたため、そこに応募してみたところ、3月下旬に面接していただくことになりました。その当時の記憶が定かではないのですが、残されているメールの記録などをみてみると、どうも面接したその場ですぐに採用していただけたようで、4月の上旬には雇用契約を結んでいました。4月の中旬に介護支援専門員証が送られてくることになっていましたが、予定通りに専門員証を受け取ることができたため、それを待ってから本格的にケアマネとして勤務することになりました。
