Today marked the end of the chapter “Why Do We Care for Old Parents?” Thank you very much to everyone who stayed with me until the end.
I am currently preparing the next chapter, “Part-time Researcher at Tsukuba.” While working as a part-time researcher at the University of Tsukuba, I struggled to analyze mutations in acetylcholinesterase using molecular genetic techniques. The trial and error I went through during those days is now among the memories that make me feel happy as a researcher.
I plan to start posting again on May 1 (next week), so if you are interested, I would be very glad if you could join me again. Thank you very much!

現在は、「筑波での非常勤研究員」の章の準備を進めています。筑波大学で非常勤研究員として勤務する中で、分子遺伝学的な手法を用いて、アセチルコリンエステラーゼに見られる突然変異の解析に取り組んでいました。こうした試行錯誤の日々は、研究者としての喜びを感じさせてくれる大切な思い出となっています。
