I outsourced the analysis of the partial DNA sequences of acetylcholinesterase amplified by PCR. If I had had ample research funding, I would have had more options and could have performed many additional analyses. However, as a part-time researcher, I was only able to carry out the bare minimum of experiments and analyses. Since I was unable to secure research funding on my own, I suppose there was little I could do about it.

PCRで増幅させたアセチルコリンエステラーゼの部分的な塩基配列を、業者に委託して解析していただきました。研究費が潤沢に手に入る身分であれば、もっといろいろな分析をすることが出来たのだろうと思いますが、非常勤の研究員という居候の分際でしたので、必要最小限の分析しか出来ませんでした。自分自身で研究費を取れなかった以上、仕方がなかったと思います。 三代
